Cancellation conditions - HOTEL LIPA***
- The customer can book accommodation directly at the Hotel (by phone, e-mail, or in person at the Hotel reception) or through reservation portals with which the accommodation facility cooperates.
- The hotel has the right to demand a deposit in the amount of at least the first night, for multi-day stays at least €100.00 per room, or according to an individual agreement with regard to the length of stay and its date. Unless otherwise agreed, the deposit is due within 5 days from the creation of the preliminary reservation. If the deposit is not credited to the accommodation provider’s account by this date, the Hotel has the right to cancel the advance reservation.
- For group reservations (4 or more rooms), cancellation conditions can be adjusted individually.
- Unless otherwise agreed, for reservations made directly at the Hotel, the fees for their cancellation are as follows: For reservations on 01.05. – 30.09. o Up to 15 days before the start of the stay – free cancellation (100% of the deposit is returned) 14 days or less before the start of the stay – cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit For reservations on 01.10. – 30.04. o Up to 8 days before the start of the stay – free cancellation (100% of the deposit is returned) 7 days or less before the start of the stay – cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit.

- For reservations made through reservation portals, the conditions of the specific portal apply.
The cancellation conditions are part of the Accommodation Rules and Complaints Rules for Hotel Lipa ***, Sládkovičova 20, 972 01 Bojnice.
