Mandatory information for data subjects

We process personal data in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC ( general data protection regulation).

2. The purpose of processing your personal data:

The purpose of processing your personal data is to fulfill the contract, or order or other legal fact.

3. Legal basis for processing your personal data:

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the law, contract and consent. Without your consent, we can process personal data only on the basis of the obligations imposed on us by law or on the basis of the performance of a contract (e.g. a contract for the provision of accommodation).

4. Personal data retention period:

We keep personal data for as long as it is determined by Act No. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries and on amendments to some laws. If you have given us your consent for the processing of some other personal data, you have been informed for how long you are giving your consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the possibility of withdrawing your consent.

5. Range of beneficiaries:

We do not provide your personal data to any third parties, except where we are required to do so by law (e.g. law enforcement). Your personal data may be processed by our contractual intermediaries for the purpose of fulfilling contractual or legal claims. We place the same demands on the protection of personal data at intermediaries as we place on ourselves.

6. Profiling and automated decision making

Our company does not perform profiling or automated decision making.

The transfer of personal data to third countries is not carried out
